1. The Brochure is an imaginary concept of proposed project

2. The Elevation, Amenities, Specification etc. May change as per the architectural/ practical requirements, hence this brochure is prior notice.

3. On completed of the project, the residents association will be formed which will look after the maintenance of water supply, drainage, security, common electrical supplies, garden maintenance etc.

4.Car Parking, electrical meter charges, sinking found & maintenance charges will be paid extra by the purchaser.

5. Extra super built-up area in excess of mentioned in plan shall be paid extra by the purchaser.

6. Any other Taxes/ Duties as & when Applicable shall be burn by the purchaser.
